..."Two hours AFTER the first sledge hammer was hoisted for TAC's three-bay store conversion and remodel at Siesta Key, Florida, we
presented the blue prints to Larry Miller and Lou Saiz on the FPMA show floor and pleaded, "Can you help us?" The store interior design we had completed locally did not satisfy our needs. In a matter of
hours we had a very reasonable proposal from RMD. Next, in a matter of days, we had drawings that completely
reworked the interior of our building emphasizing one of the key strengths of the site - food service. Throughout the remainder of the 8-week project, the RMD Team stayed a few steps ahead of the General Contractor with drawings, finishes, graphics, etc. UNBELIEVABLE!!! And the final product is spectacular! For a very reasonable fee and with great customer service, RMD
took us from "yesterday's C-store look" to "the future of C-store retailing!" I can only imagine what they will product on TAC's next project when we engage them months in advance during the NORMAL planning phase!"
